The Charities Property Fund understands the importance of considering environmental, social and governance aspects in its investment and management decisions, and recognises that doing so may help protect and maximise returns.

Our Approach
Achieving net zero carbon emissions is an important component of our strategy, but this is not the only component.

CPF has participated in the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) since 2013. GRESB in an internationally recognised sector-specific and leading benchmark, with growing coverage and influence.
