2016 was another strong year for the Charities Property Fund
- The Fund grew to £1.102 billion with almost 1,900 charitable investors
- It remains the best performing charity specific fund over the last one, five and 10 years
- The portfolio is well diversified by both sector and region and benefits from 111 properties and almost 237 tenants
- The portfolio benefits from long leases (over 11.7 years unexpired on average) strong tenant covenants (87.9% rated low or negligible risk by Dun & Bradstreet), a very low vacancy rate.
