2017 was another strong year for the Charities Property Fund.

  • The Fund grew to £1.256 billion with almost 1,900 charitable investors
  • The capital NAV of the Fund has increased by 8.4% during the last 6 months from £1,159 million in June 2017 to £1,256 million in December 2017
  • The Total return for the Fund during the 12 months to 24 December 2017 was 10.0% against the Fund's target annual return of 7%
  • The portfolio is well diversified by both sector and region and benefits from 117 properties and almost 248 tenants
  • The portfolio benefits from long leases (over 13.0 years unexpired on average) strong tenant covenants (89.1% rated low or negligible risk by Dun & Bradstreet), and a low vacancy rate.
