Having let Unit 450B to Photo-Me International Plc in June 2017, the Fund has maintained asset management momentum at this South East multi-let industrial estate by renewing three leases. These renewals have increased the previous passing rent at these units by 8.5% on average whilst removing void risk and associated costs. In addition, we have recently concluded a rent review for the largest unit on the estate achieving a 7.3% rental uplift. In total these five initiatives have generated £191,000 of additional income from this asset.
