Bath offices deliver strong rental growth

At CPF’s city centre office known as Westpoint, two rent reviews have yielded healthy rent increases. The first floor and part of the second floor have captured rent increases of 45% and 56% respectively which has established a new rental tone in the building. Separate from the rent reviews, the remainder of the second floor is now vacant which represents an opportunity to move the rental tone on beyond that established by the recent rent reviews thus further enhancing the reversionary potential of the asset. The office market in Bath is witnessing strong tenant demand and a restricted supply which is fuelling rental growth and delivering good performance to this asset.
