At the Fund’s industrial unit at Olympus Park, Gloucester, we recently completed a reversionary lease to the incumbent tenant Severn Glocon Limited. Active engagement with the tenant resulted in extending the unexpired term certain from mid-2021 to end-2028 thereby adding 7.5 years to the lease length. We have agreed a fixed rental uplift from the start of the reversionary lease in mid-2021 providing the Fund with a guaranteed rental increase. The property is well located close to junction 12 of the M5 and is well configured with the benefit of two separate storage yards.
