Continued increase of investors in the Fund.
The Fund now stands at £348 million with 53 new investors and 27 unitholders adding to their existing investments at the end of June.
Over the last quarter the Fund has acquired two properties: a retail park in Canterbury and an industrial unit in Midsomer Norton. We are continuing to add value with our property portfolios through active management.
